OVR: OVertly Referential

Before the Hedonism and rampant debauchery that occured when I moved in with my college friends I wrote a webcomic. It wasn't particularly good, the artwork ranged wildly between mspaint scribbles to notebook drawings to charcoals and ink to coloured pencils. Insanely, against all odds of probability... it was relatively popular. I occasionally recieved fanart from absolutely awesome people and I enjoyed the chance to practice drawing. At the time I was having fun in some 101 art classes.

Originally I had Junkpile. I had a story written, beginning middle and end and I was cutting my teeth on the whole process. It went BADLY. I gutted almost all of the Junkpile comics from the website. Then I started OVR. OVR uses characters of Junkpile as well as my personal avatar and the avatars of a few of my then friends. It was fairly random and silly. I removed all the comics I was most embarressed about and these are those that remain.

I find it... strange to be left with exactly 49 of them. It makes them feel strangely unfinished. Hm.
